Situated in South Molton, the Pathfields development provides a variety of modern, flexible units tailored to meet the needs of both individual businesses and the local commercial community. NPAS has been engaged by a number of plot owners. Delivering 9 purpose-built units for one client, another client undertook two additional phases comprising 11 and 15 units respectively.
These units are available for rent or purchase, offering adaptable spaces to support diverse business requirements. We have also successfully obtained permission for a purpose built veterinary centre on this site.

The design approach for Pathfields focused on creating functional and flexible layouts to accommodate a range of uses, while also ensuring visual distinction through carefully selected materials. The use of dark and light metal cladding combined with brick provides a contemporary aesthetic that balances professionalism with individuality.
NPAS worked closely with multiple clients to deliver bespoke units tailored to specific needs, ensuring each unit meets its intended purpose. This collaborative approach highlights the site’s commitment to fostering growth within the local business landscape.
