Where Class Q is suitable, our team can guide you through the requirements of permitted development, from initial assessment and design through to submission and Building Regulations. However, Class Q isn’t the only route. If your building doesn’t meet the criteria, we have vast experience in securing barn conversions through alternative planning routes.

Our specialist knowledge of rural planning means we explore the wider opportunities available rather than simply stopping when Class Q isn’t achievable.
